The Acquisitions Librarian should receive foundation reports from Library Administration by the beginning of the fiscal year showing the new year’s spendable income, and total spendable income (which includes any carryover from the previous fiscal year). If not, she asks them for them.

1. Find FoundationFunds[pastifiscalyear].xlxs and open in Excel.

2. Rename the file using the current fiscal year in place of the previous fiscal year in the name.

3. Remove all completed months from the months worksheets. 

4. Move up all incomplete months on the months worksheets.

5. Enter the new spendable income on the new spendable income line on all of the balance worksheets.
