CREATING A LIST OF APC TITLES FOR DISPLAY ON THE WEB

1.Search the UMBC catalog only http://catalog.umd.edu/search=advanced&base=bc (you can limit by collection as well as format). 

2. Leave the search boxes blank and set the format = Journals/Newspapers/Magazines AND named collection = Alternative Press Center (

3. From the results screen you can print out a list of titles by first changing the sort options to "title/year", clicking the "select all" button, then clicking "save/e-mail" button.

4. From the save/email screen you can choose to print out different citation formats or create your own (Click on the Title check box only).  Then click "send" and follow the instructions for saving the file.

5. Ask a supervisor to help you put the list online

6.  THIS LIST SHOULD BE UPDATED YEARLY!!
