Permission to Participate in the Comencement Ceremony BCCI

Workflow:

First, the form goes to the Student to fill out, then the Advisor, Graduate Program Director, and then a signing group to fill out and sign.

Overall Process:

• The student fills out the name and email for their Advisor and Graduate Program Director on the webform.

• Once in the form, the student enters their graduation term and year, the commencement ceremony they wish to participate in, and how many months are left in their clinical internship.

• Once they finish filling that out, the form goes to their Advisor.

• After the Advisor signs, it goes to the Graduate Program Director.

• Once the Graduate Program Director signs, the signing group receives a copy and the form is complete.
