UMBC's Division of Information Technology and Student Disability Services have been working together to find solutions to make media more accessible to students and faculty with hearing impairments. This page is a guide to technologies that enhance the accessibility of video files, streaming videos, DVDs, and Blu-Ray discs for use by the deaf and hearing impaired.
