Qualtrics Survey Software

Qualtrics Survey Software

Qualtrics is a powerful survey design and deployment platform. The company offers a comprehensive support page with clear, step-by-step instructions; from basic setup through advanced use cases and design guidance. UMBC employees can have their Qualtrics accounts auto-provisioned by accessing the following URL: qualtrics.umbc.edu

Access: Qualtrics is available to all UMBC employees, graduate assistants, and student staff. By default, it is not available to students (including graduate students). If you are a graduate assistant working under a faculty member needing access, please submit an RT ticket, including your PI on the thread to provide authorization.

Qualtrics Survey Accessibility Guidelines

Qualtrics has documented accessibility limitations that may affect individuals who use assistive technologies, including screen readers. When creating surveys, it is important to understand these constraints and design with accessibility in mind to support equitable access for all participants.

Run the Qualtrics Accessibility Checker before publishing your survey. Review and resolve any flagged issues.
