Graduate School Report of Examining Committee
Overall Process:
This form is initiated in the Graduate School, the persons who can start this form are Lisa Morgan, Patricia Winborn or Nicole Mooney. They will complete the Candidate information and fill in the names of the committee members and Dean's representative.
The Dean's Representative would be the next recipient of the form and complete the exam results fields (passed, Passed with revisions or Failed).
The Dean's Representative will also be responsible for designating which committee members will ensure that revisions will be completed by a given date.
After the Dean's Representative has completed their portion of the form, it is then set for the Committee Chairperson to enter the form, requiring a signature.
The form will then be sent to remaining committee members, depending on how many a student has, it is possible for them to have a Committee Co-chairperson and four other committee members.
After that, Graduate School Progressions Review, will look over the form, ensuring that all stated information is correct for processing, and will initial the form.
