How do I resolve a customer's RT Ticket?
Tell me
- Log into RT http://rt.umbc.edu
- Click on Home > RT at a glance link on the top of the page.
- Click on the queue you want to work on in the Quick Search section.
- Click on the ticket number OR the subject of the ticket. RT will display the full ticket.
- Click the Resolve link from the Actions menu in the upper right corner.
- Enter the full description, including specific steps or knowledge base articles, related to resolving this customer's issue.
- Click the Update Ticket button.
