Tell Me

  1. Go to http://my.umbc.edu
  2. Click Help 
  3. If you are not logged in, enter your myUMBC username and password when prompted and click Login.
  4. Click the Open Tickets link and select the desired ticket to view the details.
  5. Click the Reply link from the Actions menu in the upper right corner.
  6. Enter update on the text field and click Submit.

    Once submitted, updates cannot be deleted.
