What are the Technology Support Center's hours?
The Technology Support Center offers tier 1 support to the campus community. Customers can call the office at (410) 455-3838 should they need additional support not covered in the FAQs. Customers may also submit an RT Support ticket by going to my.umbc.edu/help or clicking the Request Help button in the sidebar of any FAQ article. In person support is available by appointment only. Call or submit an RT Support ticket online using the information provided above to request an appointment.

Friday | 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. |
Saturday - Sunday | 12 noon - 6 p.m. |
