After a ticket has been resolved, an email will be sent to you including the actions taken to resolve your technical issue. Included in that email is DoIT's Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Click on the survey link found at the bottom of your ticket resolution email notice
The page will automatically redirect to our survey formComplete the 4-question survey based on your experience

A confirmation message will appear that your submission has been recorded
