How can I monitor the status of my RT support request?

Tell me

1. Go to http://my.umbc.edu
2. If you are not logged in, enter your myUMBC username and password when prompted and click Login.
3. Click Help.
4. Click the View Open Tickets link located on the top of the page.
5. Click the ticket number or the Subject line.
   • Latest comments are added at the end of the ticket.
