How do I add a comment to update a customer's RT ticket?

Comments are updates on tickets that customers cannot see.
Log into RT http://rt.umbc.edu
Click on Home > RT at a glance link on the top of the page.
Click on the queue you want to work on in the Quick Search section.
Click on the ticket number OR the subject of the ticket. RT will display the full ticket.
Click the Actions > Comment.
Enter update on the Message field.
Click Update Ticket button to save the update.
