How do I update multiple RT tickets at the same time?

Updates applied must be the same for all tickets. For example, all tickets selected will be changed to a 'stalled' status with the same reply to the different customers on the tickets. Technically, bulk updates can be applied to any ticket in the system provided you have modify privileges in the queue.

Tickets in the Same Queue

  1. Click on the queue which stores the tickets you want to update.

  2. Click the Bulk Update link.

  3. Check or un-check tickets that need or don't need the update.

  4. Apply updates in the Update multiple tickets section.

  5. Add comments if applicable.

  6. Click Update.
