How do I add an attachment to an existing RT ticket?
Tell me
- Login to RT using your myUMBC user ID and password.
- Bring up the ticket you're interested in (you may be able to search for it by typing the number in the search box at the upper right.
- Click the Comment link from the Actions menu in the upper right corner.
- Type in comments if you want to.
- Under the comment field, drop the files you want to attach to the grey box or click the box to attach them.
- Navigate to find the document you want to attach. Click Open.
- If you need to add more attachments, repeat the process.
- When finished, scroll down and click the Update Ticket button.
