How do I access Rex Finance?

1. Sign-in to my.umbc.edu

2. Under the "Guide Tab", select "Financial Services and Accounting".

3. Select "Financial Administrative Reports".

4. Select "Rex Finance".
   
   Note: You are no longer are required to Log in with "AD\" in front of your user name.
   
   
   The Rex Finance reports are separated in the following folders:
   Financial Reports - Information related to a department, project, or budget.
   Payroll Reports - Reports showing payroll summary and detailed reports.
   Data Downloads - Basic versions of all the reports that downloads into MS Excel cleanly (No Merged Cells, links, or odd formatting).
