Why can't I login to REX?

It is no longer necessary to add the "AD\" prefix to one's username when logging into REX.

If you have been granted access to REX/T-REX here are a couple of things to verify when connecting to REX.  If you cannot access the REX reports you need for the function of your work please submit a ticket.

  1. If you are connecting from off campus, please make sure that you have connected to the UMBC VPN.  You can find instructions here.

  2. You can verify that you are using a supported browser here.

  3. If you are still having trouble logging in, please enter a ticket.
