What is the Open Encumbrances Detail as of Today report?

The Open Encumbrances Detail report allows users to see information on all the open requisitions and purchase orders for their selected chart-string.

Who should use this report?

Anyone that wants the check what requisitions or purchase orders remain open for a specific department.

Running the report

File Path: Financial Services > Financial Reports > Detail Reports > Open Encumbrances as of Today

Parameters

Department - Select any department or roll-up department.

Account - Defaults to "All Accounts", but can be changed to a specific account.

Project - Select projects to include.

Fiscal Period YTD Through: Defaults to the current month.

Fund - Select any fund.

How to read the report?

If the selected chart-string has any open requisitions they will appear alone on the first page. If the selected chart-string also has Open Purchase Orders, they will be on the following page.

The Purchase Order table's last three columns show the original amount of the PO, then the amount vouchered against the PO, and the last column has the total amount remaining.
