Why can't I select my chart-string?

There are a number of reasons chart-string information may not appear in the report parameters.

You may be using the wrong report. For example, if you are looking for grant-funded (1253) activity, you can not use the Budget to Actual Summary by Fiscal Year (Instead use the reports in the Sponsored Projects folder).

It is also possible there was no activity for that chart-string during the selected date-range. To resolve this issue, it is recommended you refresh the report and widen the date range.

If you still can't find your chart-string please submit a ticket to the Rex queue.
