Onboarding Packet

What is the Onboarding Packet and why must I fill it out?

The Onboarding Packet contains all of the documents required by UMBC and the State of Maryland for all New Hires. These documents include:

• Personnel Action Request Form
• Form W-4
• Substance Abuse Policy Acknowledgement of Receipt Form
• Retirement Plan Selection
• Payroll Direct Deposit Authorization
