How do I share content with breakout groups in a Class Collaborate session?

Overview

You can share files, with one or more breakout groups. You must have moderator privileges and you must be in the main room at the time you share the file with the breakout groups.

Tell Me

1. After starting breakout groups, select Share Files.

2. Click the (...) menu for the file you want to share.

3. Select Share with groups.
   
   
   

   Open

   

   
   
   
   

4. Choose the groups you want to share the file with.
   
   
   

   
   
   
   

5. Select Share Now.
