Google Assignments and Google Drive File Embed

Google Assignments and Google Drive File Embed

Google Drive offers powerful tools for instructors and students. The Google Assignments LTI enables instructors to accept Google Drive file types – Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets, for assignments. After turning in the assignment, ownership temporarily transfers from the student to the instructor while the instructor grades the item. After grading the item, a copy is saved in the instructor's Google Drive, and the original file is returned back to the student with them as owner.

The Google Drive File Embed LTI enables instructors to share native Google Drive file types – Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets, with their entire class in a view-only format.
