Why didn't my file convert in Class Collaborate Ultra?

Class Collaborate Ultra converts PowerPoint and PDF files within the application to allow screen readers to read slide content. File conversion will vary from document to document.

NOTE:

• PowerPoint can be exported to PDF and then shared in Collab.

• Class Collaborate cannot convert PowerPoint or PDF files with more than 500 pages.

• Class Collaborate cannot convert any custom fonts. Please avoid using custom fonts in your files.

• IE 11 and Edge are not compatible with the accessibility layer, but they will display an image; this is targeted for update in February 2018.

Reporting an Issue

If your PPT or PDF does not convert as you expected, click the Report an Issue within the session at the time of the error and gather the session info for your ticket.

 When you open your RT ticket, please include the following details:

 File information:

•  A link to your slide deck via Box 

• PowerPoint version

• Fonts used

• Operating System & version

Session information:

• Screenshot of the error 

• Name of Bb Collab session

• Date and time the error occurred
