1. Mouse update - a work order has been put in (where are they coming from?). Since our meeting the man has been here and added more traps around the room.                                                      - Please remember to keep all food covered and cleaned 

2. SLC Update - Movers have been hired and the shelving outside the door is being moved downstairs along with government documents - to the map cases.  As materials continue to be shuffled Drew has promised to keep us up to date so that we know where everything is.                                                                                                                          

    A new food and drink policy will be discussed in the Fall.  This will be headed by Joyce.

    May is looking into equipment for the area and putting together estimates.

    Larry  has informed us that we have  4/5 of the money for the project.

3.Library Retreat

4.Aleph version 20 - the upgrade is scheduled for the weekend of August 7th and 8th.  When we come into work on Monday, August 9 our passwords should work.  The client is available now and Lynda has made May and Steve aware.  Hopefully installation of the client will occur next week (Aug 2 - Aug 6).

5. Library Assembly - a good way to stay informed and you should attend if you can.  A list of meeting dates is available on the Library Assembly wiki page.  Please note that a meeting has been added for August.  Ice Cream is included.

6. Everyone discussed what we have been working on this summer.  Lots of changes are happening and everyone is very busy.
