1. Reports and Announcements

• Hughes Work -- Down to @ 60 images that need to be rescanned.  Lindsey and Vicki will take care of them.  There are about 50 other images that need to be done but the major work has been completed.  This is great news.  Hopefully, when Susan returns to work they can discuss when the collection will go live but that will be up to Special Collections.

2. Leisure Reading Collections

• 10 new leisure reading books.  We still need to stamp the ones on the shelves in the rotunda, cover the hardback books, and update the procedures.  Update 12/23/11:  VS updated the procedures on Wednesday 12/22/11 and they are not in the BMS folder at: I:/BMS/Leisure%20Reading%20Cataloging%20and%20Processing%20DRAFT.docx

3. Library Holiday Party

• The Library holiday part is next Friday, December 9. 

• The auction will be held on the 7th floor after the party

• The sign-up sheet is posted and please sign-up

• Please come to the party

4. PDA -- as of today there  have been no new purchases.  The reports are sent out weekly.

5. TS Student Party

• Will be Wednesday, December 14 at noon

• We will have pizza and then everyone can bring in something else, preferably something small.

• The University party is on the same day at 3:00pm in the University Center Ballroom.

6. Slurped Books -- Books that Drew decides are going to Special Collections or Reference as he reviews the carts.

7. McNaughton procedures -- we need to move the Leisure Reading procedures to the wiki.
