How do I embed Google Drive files in my Blackboard course?
Share your Google Docs, Google Slides presentation, or Google Sheets with your students by embedding native Google file types into your Blackboard course. Students will click on a link that will let them access the file from your drive in a view only setting.

1. Locate the page where you with to have the Google Assignments link. 2. Under Build Content locate Google Drive File Embed. 3. If you are embedding a filefor the first time within a course, you may have a series of prompts that you will need to complete. Ensure you link your UMBC account. 4. After the details on the following screen, and search for the file in your drive. Click on the file, then click Add. 5. Confirm that you want to change the share permissions of the file. 6. The file is added to your course. |
