How do I change the order of a RT ticket history to show newest to oldest?

  1. Log into http://rt.umbc.edu
  2. Click Logged in as ...
  3. Click Preferences.
  4. Choose Settings.
  5. Navigate to the Ticket Display section.
  6. Change the ‘Show oldest history first’ field to No.
  7. Click Save Changes.
