How do I change the default queue for creating RT tickets?
To change the default queue for new tickets you create in in Request Tracker:
- Make sure you are logged into RT at https://rt.umbc.edu/
- Click Logged in as ...
- Click Settings -> Options.
- Choose the desired queue from the drop down list for Default Queue, on the General panel.
- Click Save Changes.
- Exit your browser and restart it.
