Fixes for basic Adobe Creative Cloud issues
Below are fixes for some common Adobe creative Cloud issues. Please make sure that the Creative Cloud desktop app is installed and you are signed in to it. Signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and the signing back in usually resolves basic license issues. NOTE: Signing in to individual Adobe apps (Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.) will not solve license issues. You must be signed in to the Creative Cloud desktop app for Adobe apps to license properly. If the fixes below don't resolve the Adobe Creative Cloud issue you have or you are experiencing issues not mentioned below, please submit an RT ticket to receive assistance.
