Common Adobe Creative Cloud issues
Below are suggestions for troubleshooting some common Adobe Creative Cloud issues. Please make sure that the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is installed on your computer and you are signed in to it. Signing out of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and the signing back in may resolves basic license issues. NOTE: Signing in to individual Adobe apps (Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.) will not solve license issues. You must be signed in to the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app for any Adobe apps to license and function properly. Where can I find the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app on my computer?
You receive a "You don't have access to manage apps" error message.
In Mac, you receive a "can't be opened" error message and can't install the Adobe apps.
You receive an installation failure error message when trying to install an Adobe app.
