Common Adobe Creative Cloud issues

Below are suggestions for troubleshooting some common Adobe Creative Cloud issues. Please make sure that the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is installed on your computer and you are signed in to it. Signing out of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and the signing back in may resolves basic license issues. NOTE: Signing in to individual Adobe apps (Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.) will not solve license issues. You must be signed in to the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app for any Adobe apps to license and function properly. If the suggestions below don't resolve the Adobe Creative Cloud issue you have or you are experiencing issues not mentioned below, please submit an RT ticket to receive assistance.
