MacOS Acrobat error: “Sorry, something went wrong”
In MacOS, if you open Acrobat and you receive a “Sorry, something went wrong” error message on a UMBC owned Mac computer, please submit an RT ticket for assistance. For non-UMBC owned Mac computers, please follow the instructions for Adobe's Mac Terminal license tool (AcrobatNGLEnableTool) in Adobe's instructions for Named User Licenses.
