Adobe "Installation Failed" error message

 

If you receive an Installation Failed error message when trying to install an Adobe app, please make sure you don't have any other applications running or any pending system updates while installing the Adobe apps. Another option is to restart the computer before trying the install again. Any Microsoft Office apps (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) that are open when trying to install Acrobat will cause the Acrobat installation to fail and you will receive the Installation Failed error message.
