If you are a faculty/staff member and you experience Adobe Creative Cloud license issues, please sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app (not just Adobe Acrobat), and then sign in again to resolve the issue. If that does not resolve the issue, please submit an RT ticket to receive assistance.
