What is the Reconciliation of Funds Dispersed form and why should I fill it out?

The Reconciliation of Funds Dispersed form records receipts and remaining funds from a dispersed working fund, along with an explanation of any shortage or overage. This form must be filled out in order for these funds to be reimbursed.
