I-9
Purpose:
As a part of the new hire process, an employee should receive an email with a link to fill out this form. The I-9 collects employee information to be used by the hiring and by Human Resources. Please note: the documents needed for page 2 on the I-9 must be brought in by the employee prior to their first day of employment. The Department Preparer will record the information from the chosen document(s), and make copies of them to be included with the form.
Workflow:
Upon entering the I-9, there will be an introduction page with links for instructions on how to fill out the entire form.
The employee must fill out their information on pages 1 and 2. After signing the document, it will be sent to the Department Preparer. The employee must bring in their document(s), listed on page 3 of the I-9, prior to their first day of employment so that the Department Preparer can fill out the rest of the I-9. Please ensure that the document(s) for the I-9 are not expired.
