How do I display content wirelessly in SOND409?

To use the wireless presentation options in Sondheim 409:

From a laptop:

  1. Press the START BUTTON on the control panel to boot up the system:



  2. Press the SOLSTICE BUTTON in the source input panel to select the Solstice wireless collaboration device:



  3. Open a browser on your laptop and enter 130.85.65.59 into the ADDRESS BAR and press ENTER:



  4. At the Solstice welcome page, click the GET THE APP & JOIN BUTTON to download the SOLSTICE DESKTOP CLIENT installer:



  5. Click on the .exe file to run the installer and follow the prompts:



  6. You should arrive at the Solstice Client home screen for SOND409:



  7. To share your entire desktop, click on the DESKTOP BUTTON:



  8. To share a specific application window, click on the APP WINDOW BUTTON:



  9. Select an open application window to share it, or click cancel to return to the home page:



  10. To share a media file saved on your computer, click the MEDIA FILE BUTTON:



  11. Find the file on your computer, select it, then click OPEN:



    NOTE: Supported file types for this function include: .jpg, .png, .3gp, .mkv, .mov, .mp4, .ts, and .webm.

  12. When you are done presenting, click DISCONNECT on the Solstice home screen to stop showing content:
