To do this, you need to be set up as an ETD administrator by ProQuest. You can call Proquest ETD support, United States & Canada (toll free):
+1 800 521 0600, to get this set up.

1. Go to https://www.etdadmin.com/cgi-bin/admin/downloadadmindocs?siteId=75 and sign in.

2. Click on "Download Administrative Documents."

3. In step 1, select "UMBC Publication Form."

4. In step 2, in the date submitted line, fill in dates. The first date is the date of the last download, and second date is todays date. 

5. Click "Update List"

6. Scroll down to the list and click on "Check All."

7. Click "Download Documents."
