Note: Please consult the procedures for paying fines in Aleph.

1. Verify that the patron's name matches the name on the card. Take the patron's credit card credit card processing machine on the side desk. Press the green enter button to wake it up, if necessary.

2. Press Credit.

3. Press Sale.

4. Enter the fine amount, in cents (e.g. enter 200 for a $2 fine). Press Enter.

5. Swipe the patron's credit card, and wait for the transaction to complete (~30 seconds).

6. Have the patron sign the receipt.

7. Press Yes to print a copy of the receipt for the patron.
