Goal

The premise for the organization of this [committee] is to provide a mechanism for continuous and systematic planning of activities for all library employees to enhance knowledge and skills that contribute to the growth and welfare of both the individual and the Library & Gallery (paraphrased from /wiki/spaces/libraryguidelines/pages/29130999)
