This working group was formed from an LSIG proposal with the following objective statement: "Implement a patron survey program that will run on a recurring basis, with the goal of determining: 1.) how our space can better meet patrons’ needs; 2.) what resources and services the library should be providing that it currently does not; 3.) how the library can better cater to patrons’ learning and research needs; 4.) what new technology patrons would like the library to offer."
