What do the "PA" and "RB" prefix represent?

There are a number of roles assigned in the Travel System that define the access and actions that can be taken. 

There are two designation prefixes, which indicate the Pre-Approval or the Reimbursement part of the process:

PA - Pre-Approval

RB - Reimbursement
