How do I cancel a 'Submitted to DocuSign' without Cancelling the Travel Request?

Only a departmental approver can pull back a DocuSign submission back if it has not Completed yet.
This action will VOID the actual DocuSign envelope and return control back to the Travel System so adjustments can be made and the travel can be Submitted to DocuSign for approvals again.
