Why Did my DocuSign Travel Pre-Approval envelope expire?

When a Travel Pre-Approval is Submitted to DocuSign for approvals the expiration date for the envelope is set to the departure date.

An exception to this rule is when the Travel Pre-Approval is Submitted to DocuSign after the departure date. In this case the envelope must be signed by ALL parties by the end of the day the envelope is created.
