MealFood Pre-Approval

The purpose of this document is to describe allowable meal and food service purchases using University funds while not in an approved travel status.

The requestor must review the document’s policy statement, procedures, proper documentation rules. Then they will fill in the appropriate information on the form, which the Direct Supervisor and Approver must approve and sign.
