I'm having trouble logging in to my OneDrive/Microsoft Office 365 account. What can I do?
Sometimes there may be an issue with cookies in your browser. If you are repeatedly trying to sign in to OneDrive and are unable to do so, you may need to try another browser to successfully sign in.
Open a browser in a private/incognito window. You can find this option under the File menu.
Go to my.umbc.edu and sign-in.
Click on Apps located in the top right-hand corner next to your profile icon.
Click on Office 365.
If prompted, enter your UMBC email, and select Work or School account, then click Yes when asked if you would like to stay signed in.
Click on OneDrive.
Resume your activity in a new tab that is within the private/incognito window.
