How do I setup my Android Phone to read UMBC Gmail?

If you would like to use Drive, Calendar, or other Google services in addition to Gmail, please sign into your device with your UMBC Google account. Instructions are located here: http://goo.gl/a7Uryg. You will not have to follow the instructions below.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.

2. In the top left, tap Menu.

3. To the right of your username, tap the Down arrow.

4. Tap Add account.

5. Choose Google for the type of account you want to add.

6. Type in your myUMBC email address, and then log in to myUMBC when prompted.
