I'm getting a 500 "Something Went Wrong" or 400 "Bad Request" error when I try to access my email. What should I do?

If you’re receiving an error like the one to the right or similar error from Outlook, this is because you’re trying to access email via Microsoft Outlook. UMBC uses Gmail as its email service. You can access Gmail directly by going to gmail.umbc.edu or by clicking the Mail in myUMBC.
