What is Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft® Outlook®?

Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft Outlook is a program available for PC users with enterprise Google Apps accounts to sync their Google Mail, Contacts, and Calendars with a compatible version of Microsoft Outlook (compatible versions are Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and 2021 (32 and 64-bit)).  Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft® Outlook® uses the MAPI protocol to sync data between Google and a Microsoft Outlook data file (.pst).
