Users must be given privileges to do add other users. Currently, Katy and Daniel are able to do this within Reference.

Go to: http://webadmin.umbc.edu
Under the box called "Specialized Utilities" click on "Manage LDAP Groups"
Click on "aokg"

This will bring up a list of everyone who can access the guest accounts system. At the bottom of the list click the link that says "Edit". From here you can remove users by clicking the check mark by their name and clicking Update at the bottom. You can add users by putting in their username at the bottom in the field "New Member" and then clicking Update.
