How do I create groups and manage contacts in VoiceThread?

Adding Contacts

When adding contacts in VoiceThread, you will be prompted to provide the contact's name and email address. Please add the user's campusID@umbc.edu as the email address. Users who are added with username@umbc.edu will not be able to access the shared content.

Using VoiceThread Groups allows you to share your VoiceThreads with many people at once. It also allows you to organize your VoiceThreads so that they are easy for your participants to find. VoiceThread Groups are effective for use outside Blackboard. If you are an instructor, you can bypass VoiceThread Groups and use VoiceThread Assignments, which integrate with Blackboard.
