Housing Update Form - How To
Student Role: Below are steps explaining the process of the Housing Update form for the role of the Student.
Initial Information on the Web Forum:
The Name and Email associated with your student account at UMBC should automatically populate in the first two text boxes.
Select the semester in which you are registered to take your classes.
Select the year in which you are registered to take your classes.
Once you have completed entering all the information on the Book Loan web forum proceed into docusign by selecting the Next button.
Docusign:
Once in Docusign click the button labeled Continue to proceed with your form.
**If you are not comfortable completing your form at the current moment select the Other Actions button to the right and select an option best fitting your situation. Please do not simply close out of the form. **
After you have read through the first part of the form please proceed to select a button that corresponds with your living arrangements for the stated semester.
Read the information provided by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships for their contact information.
Following the information you will be prompted to signature, please sign the form if you agree with all terms and conditions by clicking on the button labeled Sign.
Once you have signed the document your role on the document has reached an end.
Once you have filled out all fields corresponding to your role proceed to click the finish button the the top right hand corner of the page.
