How much storage space does my Blackboard course have?

Tell Me

Each shell in Blackboard is restricted to a size limit of 500 MBs. You will automatically receive the error notification from Blackboard each day if your course has exceeded the size limit and you will no longer be able to upload any additional items to your course.

There is also a 75 MB (per file) quota for any file that you upload to Blackboard.

These quotas are necessary to properly manage storage resources and ensure adequate system performance.

If you require more storage for your course, DoIT recommends migrating your content to Google Drive or Box cloud storage.
